WordSprints is an online place where writers gather at specific times, to write.
That’s it. We just write. Simultaneously. (And cheer each other on.)
Simple? You bet. But it works.
How can something so basic produce such great results?
It all boils down to one simple life concept:
You get good at what you practice!
If you practice not writing – you get good at not writing. If you practice writing – you’ll get good at that.
Simple, right?
Join us for one Write-In or Word Sprint a week, (or even just one a month!) and… Poof! You’re a writer. That’s all it takes.
Come to more and you’ll be a better, more prolific writer.
A writer writes. It’s as simple as that.
How does it work?
Simple.
Take a look at our writing calendar. Mark yours in advance with a session that works for you – your writing deserves that at least – and drop in at the designated time. We’ll be there, writing away, and we will welcome you with open arms. You’ll work on your own project on your own computer (or in your own notebook) and know you have a posse, a tribe, a community all doing the same, right along with you.
Or, kick off an ad-hoc sprint with other members of our community.
We will also celebrate you and acknowledge you and support you in stepping up on behalf of your dream to live the writing life, because that’s what we’re doing, and we like it.
At WordSprints, we promise you one thing: we’ll be there for you, when you plan to write.
You’re a writer. Come write with us.
